PTO provides families in differing situations the freedom to handle the interview process according to the needs of each particular family and child. It caters for multiple children, and combined and separate interviews, and has the flexibility necessary to maintain the appropriate parent-teacher relations and communication without hassle.
It also enable staff to directly schedule interview times for families with limited or no internet access. In doing so it simplifies the process to a single phone call or meeting, removing any back and forth that notes and paper forms require.
