This is a fantastic innovation that totally empowers parents to be able to effectively organise communications with teachers for parent teacher interviews. In the past I had to rely on my son to run around to all the teachers and try and get suitable/available times.

In over 25 years of sending a child to your college, this has by far been the most innovative device I have ever seen implemented by the college. It saves the usual questions such as Where is the form? who do we see? etc when the student is not forthcoming with the information or has lost the form. Great Idea.

This is the best parent/teacher interview booking system I have ever come across. It takes me 5 mins to do and I get the times I want and see exactly what times are available. It also cuts out double handling and a lot of work for the middle person. I love it!

Fantastic idea….very impressed, now I dont have to keep hassling my child to remember if the have gone around with the PTO slip to get the interview times. I got the times I wanted easily.

- Your service is extremely user friendly. It saves me wondering if my child has given the teacher notes etc. I wish every school had it.
- We would just like to thank the school for the wonderful parent teacher interview booking system (pto) and would appreciate this email being sent to whoever is in charge of implementing this system. We have only had experience of booking systems that depend on a child’s organisational skills and desire to have their parents see their teachers, running around trying to get signatures on a scrap of paper. As such we have often not had appointments made, sometimes not with the teachers we most need to see.
It was with pure joy that we booked our interviews. It took us 7 minutes, we have appointments with almost all his teachers, at reasonable intervals, and a print out of our schedule to go with it.
It was painless and stress free and worth whatever it cost!
Please pass on our thanks to all those involved. We understand it is a new initiative and is yet another reason we are pleased to have chosen this school for our son.
- Thanks for this system. Sensational! I have never had such access to my children’s teachers as we have always had to rely on the children making the appointments - needless to say I rarely get any! This will be great.
- This system works so well. we can sit here and arrange what works well for us with our children here to help us decide which teachers to see. i think its much simpler, and also there’s no double bookings.

- Thought the new PTO booking system is a fantastic innovation – very easy to use and I was able to book consecutive appointments at a time that suited. I understand technical glitches can occur but once operational it was a breeze – that’s saying something for a person who is really technically inept and constantly needing the input of her children for computer assistance!!!!!! I managed the whole booking by myself.Hope the Senior School adopts the system for its parent teacher interviews as it can be a nightmare trying to coordinate 8 teachers for each child.
