Having a clear purpose, getting the right people together and designing for dialogue that builds trust between people, and fosters creativity and risk-taking are the ingredients of great facilitation.

Potnline has facilitated meetings and programs of events with senior management, project leaders, progam teams, industry professionals, policy developers, communication teams, elected representatives and more. The focus of facilitation is helping groups to work together effectively.

Mary is also a trained mediator with experience in dialogue building and dispute management. Clients for facilitation services include:
